Prestige Evergreen, a magnificent residential town in Whitefield, Bangalore, will open on October 10, 2025, under the Prestige Group. Designed to be the second section of Prestige Raintree Park, it spans almost 28 acres. The building houses 2000 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units. This condo development boasts reasonably priced, 650 to 1900 square foot apartments. Prestige Evergreen Bangalore's website and a pamphlet include price information for the company. Right now under development, it will first show in October 2025. RERA claims that the initiative would finish in December 2028.
