The well-known Prestige Group is building a new eco-friendly neighborhood called Prestige Spring Heights in Budvel, Rajendra Nagar, South Hyderabad. Around 80% of its 10 acres are open space, which makes it a peaceful and green place to live. In the Prestige Spring Heights Master Plan, there are 1656 high-end apartments with three or four bedrooms spread out over four high-rise buildings. Each tower has four basements, one ground floor, and 35 upper floors. Each room is between 1576 and 3051 square feet.
