The Birla Punya Launch date falls on March 5, 2025. Developed by Birla Estate, this project would be housed at Sangamwadi, Central Pune. Birla Punya spans five acres in all. With 79% of the area open, it offers enough of space for parks and shared places. Two towers, Tower A and Tower B, comprise part of the development. These towers will comprise 500 residential units overall.
