LA COCAÍNA, LA CIA, Y SUS CAPOS.

Estados Unidos tiene una historia de afición con la cocaína que se remonta a más de cien años.
Pero desde que apareció en la Coca-Cola, el gobierno siempre ha intentado controlar quién puede consumirla -- y quién puede venderla.
En Latinoamérica, mientras la DEA afirma luchar en la guerra contra las drogas, la CIA se asegura de que sus capos elegidos permanezcan por encima de la ley.
En Estados Unidos, la policía utiliza la cocaína como pretexto para encarcelar a los negros y a los latinos, mientras mantiene libres a los blancos.
