Sovereign Common law Freeman no contract part 1

I hope this video starts one thinking about who, what, when, where, how, and why the government exists. The BAR operates in fraud and deceit to take your money and cant prove any right to steal when challenged on it from my personal experience. Of course its dangerous to be this far off the reservation as the other Indians do despise me and will despise you if you challenge their belief systems with these truths.
Obama care is a great example of a rebellion against the constitution by claiming to have jurisdiction on land outside of Wash D.C. or the U.S.A. owned territorys (which are not any of the several states). First the chief executive branch cannot issue any law (executive orders are fraud)and the Congress is only delegated authority by the people who Congress serves and apparently no one wants Obamacare so who are they serving? Next Congress only has authority to pass laws that effect Wash.D.C. because that is what the Constitution says and nowhere does the U.S.A. have any authority to make a criminal or civil law effective in any of the several states. But...people don't read the Constitution, understand their rights and defend their rights. In every case a judge shows his prejudice against the man in favor of the imaginary Government and is in a conflict of interest condition BECAUSE one of the parties to the action (the Government) is his employer, wow. If the only determination of facts and law is from an unbiased jury then because they are not paid by a party to the action (the Government) you might get some justice but, the judge will always intervene and tamper with the jury by demanding they hear only some evidence and not other evidence or that they cannot determine the law, and they have to take the law "as he gives it" as truth when in fact no juror has ever been sent to prison for refusing to follow a judges declarations and giving a verdict of innocent regardless of the law, that would be rebellion against the rights of man and against the authority of the judge to "secure the blessings of liberty' on you, the man (juror). Unless a man harms another man he is not subject to any courts jurisdiction because that is the requirement to take a man to court, to claim any debt, to make any claims period. If no man is making the claim then no court can make any fact or law judgement. Fictions cannot speak, cannot suffer a loss, cannot perform on any contract, are not competent to testify or engage in a valid contract. Only the mentally incompetent BAR association Agents will claim imaginary parties have rights, and that the Agents can speak for the imaginary party, they need to be pitied, they know not what they do.
