MAHA = great

SHAKYAMUNI = sage of the Shakyans, name of the historical Buddha

SOHA = blessing, hail

Therefore the whole mantra can be read as:
“Om, wise one, wise one, greatly wise one, sage of the Shakyans, hail!”
